Cassie Willeford is the licensed provider at the Baby MacBean

Sanborn location and adheres to Baby MacBean's rigorous

standards, providing the same exceptional quality care. Cassie has

worked under Claudia and Kristi for almost 5 years before branching

out her own Baby MacBean location.

Cassie's passion is in early childhood education. She is focused on

learning everything she can about each child's developmental

stages and ways to encourage their active investigation, independent

pursuit and learning through discovery.  Cassie understands the

importance of recognizing a child's individual learning intelligences

and is engaged and responsive to their verbal and non verbal cues

as infants and toddlers.  She makes it a priority to really know each

child so they feel valued as an individual. 

Much of the first two years of life are spent in the creation of a child's

first "sense of self" or the building of a first identity.  This is a crucial

part of children's makeup—how they first see themselves, how they

think they should function, how they expect others to function in relation

to them. For this reason, early care must must emphasize strong

foundational links with family and the home culture.  Baby MacBean

supports the family as a partner in learning, growth and overall development.
